JOHN R. WILLIAMS (full time mediator)
Jack Williams was admitted to the California bar in 1966 and the Iowa bar in 1965. He received his undergraduate degree from University of Iowa in 1960. His legal education includes attendance at Stanford University, University of Wales, Wales, Great Britain, and University of Santa Clara, J.D. where he received his J.D. in 1965. He was the recipient of the Rotary International Fellowship in Law in Great Britain and attended from 1961-1962. Mr. Williams has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at Santa Clara University teaching several classes: Trial Practice, California Discovery Practice, Negotiation and Mediation. He was associated with the University from 1970-2010. Mr. Williams tried over 200 cases before a jury and to verdict. He is currently a well respected Mediator. He is a member of the following organizations: State Bars of California and Iowa; the American Bar Association; the Santa Clara County Bar Association; the Association of Defense Counsel; the Federation of Insurance Counsel; the International Association of Insurance Counsel; the Trial Lawyers Association of Santa Clara County; National Board of Trial Advocates.
ANTHONY F. PINELLI
Mr. Pinelli was admitted to the California bar in 1983. He attended University of California at Berkeley and received an A.B. in 1980. He graduated from University of Santa Clara, J.D in 1983. He attended Pepperdine University’s Strauss Institute and a three day course on mediation, receiving a Mediation Certificate. During his time at University of Santa Clara, he was a Member of the Honors Moot Court Board from 1982- 1983 and the Order of the Barristers. Mr. Pinelli has also been a guest lecturer at University of Santa Clara Trial Practice class on Opening and Closing statements, and Summary Judgment Motions. He also given seminars on a wide variety of legal topics including use of jury instructions, indemnity, jury selection and composition in various Bay Area Counties and peculiar risk of harm (Privette vs. Superior Court). He has had approximately 60 jury trials involving automobile accidents, personal injury, construction defect, dog bite, premises liability, construction accident, malpractice, third party liability, contract, defamation, trade secret, fraud, product liability, brain injury, wrongful death, PTSD, Homeowners Association liability, and landlord tenant. Mr. Pinelli is a member of the State Bar of California and the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) (a peer selected group of experienced trial lawyers with significant trial experience). Mr. Pinelli is also a Mediator. His office is in Santa Clara County with easy access to nearby Counties of San Mateo, Santa Cruz, Alameda, San Benito, Monterey, San Francisco, Contra Costa, Sonoma, Napa, Solano, San Joaquin and Stanislaus.

EDWARD F. CULLEN, JR. (Retired)
Mr. Cullen was admitted to the California bar in 1986 and the Missouri bar in 1977. He was admitted to practice in U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Missouri, 1979; U.S. District Court, Northern District of California, 1984. Mr. Cullen attended St. Louis University, receiving a B.A. degree, magna cum laude in 1974. He graduated from St. Louis University School of Law, receiving a J.D. in 1977. He was a member of Alpha Sigma Nu. Mr. Cullen has tried over 50 jury trials including many in Federal court. Mr. Cullen has over 20 years experience as in house counsel for Phillip Morris, Seven-Up and Rexall. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the Missouri Bar Association.
GINA D. HUETTEL
Ms. Huettel was admitted to the California bar in 1991. Ms. Huettel attended Villanova University in Pennsylvania, receiving a B.A. with a Business Minor in 1988. Ms. Huettel graduated from Santa Clara University with a J.D. in 1991. Ms. Huettel has over 25 years experience in insurance defense litigation including personal injury, automobile, product liability, construction defect, dog bite, premises liability, property damage landlord/tenant and subrogation. Ms. Huettel worked for several well respected firms in the Bay Area before joining Williams, Pinelli & Cullen, LLP. Ms. Huettel is a member of the State Bar of California.
WILLIAM COKE
Bill was admitted to the bar in 1998. Mr. Coke received an undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon in 1991. Mr. Coke graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law with a J.D. in 1997. Since that time, he has been practicing primarily in the area of plaintiff personal injury and insurance defense. Mr. Coke has extensive trial experience. Mr. Coke is a member of the California State Bar of California.
RICHARD B. WILBUR
Mr. Wilbur was admitted to the California bar in 1979 and Bar of the United States Supreme Court in 1984. Mr. Wilbur attended Middlebury College receiving an A.B. Cum Laude in 1974. Mr. Wilbur graduated from Northeastern University School of Law in 1979. He was a faculty member with University of Phoenix in 2001. He has had approximately ten jury trials with over 35 years experience in insurance defense litigation including automobile, product liability, construction defect, premises liability, property damage, trucking employment law, personal injury and commercial loss. Mr. Wilbur has acted as a court appointed arbitrator in San Francisco, Alameda and Marin Counties. Mr. Wilbur was formerly house counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance. Mr. Wilbur is a member of the State Bar of California.
